PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS

        Normally, the raw material of plastic is a form of polymer . Before the resin into the molding process, we need moisture in the plastic first. Pellets are dried at a certain temperature to keep moisture out of the plastic. (time and temperature will vary according to the type of plastic).

SPRAY

        The company has the process of painting by spraying which needs to be divided into steps which requires the skill and talent of its employees very earnestly. Since it is very fine and requires special expertise, the company has adopted modern technology by using robotic painting which is controlled by a computer system. Thus saving the cost of manufacturing, it requires a painting room with standard to put out a quality product.

ASSEMBLY

        The components of the product are assembled and bonded together. Each job has a different composition. Sometimes it can be taken from several departments to come together. This breaks out the following methods : laser, screen , hot stamp and vibration.
